    Fantastic!!

Our rabbit gets incredibly excited by this variety of hays—they're a great totally guilt-free treat since hay is so healthy, and the novelty keeps her VERY interested. Such a good idea.

Hay Sampler

$25.99

A hay sampler containing six different 2 oz. samples of our all natural hay varieties.

OR
This hay sampler contains 2 oz. samples of our all natural hay varieties: Early 1st Cut, 1st Cutting, Spring Medley, 2nd Cutting, 2nd Cutting with Clover, and 3rd Cutting.

Early 1st Cut is the earliest harvested hay on our farm, positioned between our regular 1st cutting and 2nd cutting hays in its content analysis and texture. 1st Cutting is our long-stemmed Timothy hay with a mixture of legacy grasses (Orchard, Meadow, Blue Grass, Reed, etc), and the occasional clover stem.  It's light green in color and has a coarse, stemmy texture.  Spring Medley is positioned between our regular 1st cut hay and our 2nd cut hay.  As a medley, that means it is comprised of Timothy, Orchard Grass, Meadow, Winter Rye, and our delicious clover.  2nd Cutting is a nice green color, leafier and more tender than 1st.  2nd with Clover is similar to 2nd cutting, except with a smattering of clover buds and crunchy clover stems, leading to a more green/light brown nature to the hay due to the clover stems becoming brown in the sun once they dry.  3rd Cutting is the softest and most tender of our hays, a beautiful dark green, more thin and leafy in texture.

We have always harvested our hay with special care to prevent molds, mildew, and dust.   Hay can be stored safely up to a year or more when kept in a cool, dry, and dark location.  It must be allowed to breathe in order to prevent condensation and mold.

As always, all our hay is all-natural, sun and wind-dried to preserve the smell, taste, and color.   This means there are no pesticides, herbicides, additives, or preservatives.

Our products come straight from our own farm to your door for the freshest quality.
