Customer satisfaction is a top priority for Farmer Dave.  Please see our customer service policies below.

ADDRESS ISSUES:

Sometimes addresses can auto-filled incorrectly, or we type it in wrong.  Email us immediately if there is an address update.  If the order has not yet been processed, we can change it.  Please note,

  • Customers are responsible for checking and approving of all shipping and billing addresses during the checkout process on our website.
  • Payment platform address updates are separate from our website;  the shipping address on our website must be changed as well.
  • FarmerDavePetSupply is not responsible for shipped orders to addresses that were approved during checkout.


INCORRECT ORDER AND RETURN POLICY: 

If you are not happy with your last purchase we will strive to correct the problem, per the following guidelines:

  • Buyer is responsible for complete inspection of product immediately upon receipt of order.
  • Complaints must be filed immediately upon inspection of the order.
  • Images and/or return of the product is required for verification and/or corrective action.  
  • Buyer pays return shipping and restocking fee.
  • When issued, refunds are provided for product cost.
  • Seller reserves the right to refuse service if necessary.


SHIPPING: 

We will honor the requested shipping method when possible but reserve the right to modify the method when advantageous to the shipper or customer. 

If shipment is damaged during transport/delivery, seller will (when appropriate)

  • File a damage claim with the Shipper (UPS, USPS, FedEx) on the buyer's behalf.
  • Buyer is required to provide proof and adequate evidence of said damages
    e.g. submit photos of damage, retain the damaged product and/or container until otherwise noted
  • Seller does not assume any other responsibility for actions of the Shipper (UPS, USPS, FedEx).

 

PAYMENTS:

  • PayPal payments are accepted.
  • Credit Card Payments accepted through PayPal Payments Pro. 
  • Checks/Money Orders also accepted with delay in shipment.


INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: 

All International Orders are handled via email only.   

  • A 15% international handling surcharge is applied to each order to cover addtional international requirements and tasks such as packaging, forms completion, labor, special post office processing/mailing, etc.
  • For shipping quotes contact FarmerDave via email at [email protected].  
  • International Buyers may want to check with their country's Importation/Customs Department before ordering or requesting a shipping quote.  Non-USA Buyers are responsible for all risks and costs of shipping, including any Damages or additional import Duties, Broker Fees, Taxes, and/or Restrictions/Prohibitions, etc, of their destination Country and/or Customs Inspectors.  
  • No Returns. No Refunds. 
  • Seller does not assume any risk of the shipping process to Foreign Countries; if the items are Damaged, Rejected, Quarantined, or otherwise Prohibited/Destroyed, Seller will NOT provide any refund.
